Howard R. and Emily Montgomery Scholarship

For full-time entering freshmen with an ACT of 24 or above and high school GPA of 2.75 or above. Preference shall be given to students from Arkansas High School in Texarkana. Second preference shall be given to any high school student from Texarkana (Arkansas). Consideration may be given to financial need.
