Bradley R. Mullins Scholarship for Incoming Freshmen

For full-time, undergraduate entering freshmen who are residents of  Arkansas with high school work experience.  Requires the student to maintain a 2.5 GPA and complete 15 credit hours the first semester to receive the second installment.
