Betty Martin Anderson and Ila Rogers Blackwell Book Award

For full-time undergraduate students with a declared major in Elementary Education K-6 with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above. Preference will be given to students from Mississippi County (Arkansas) or students from any county in the state of Arkansas. Consideration may be given to financial need.
